Our team advised a client on a transaction in an unconventional industry – funeral and related services. We advised the client in selling one of the long-established funeral services providers in Lithuania.

Our lawyers assisted the client through all stages of the transaction, including negotiations strictly comparable with our client’s image of how exiting the business should look like. We also prepared all necessary transaction documents and finally led the transaction to a successful close.

The transaction allowed for the client’s long-term shareholders to retire from the business and successfully transfer it to the buyer for potential development.
