Justinas has worked on a several shareholder disputes, which included investigation of legal person activity, and was the leading lawyer on numerous restructuring and insolvency procedures as well as public interest litigation. His experience includes working as a counsel in real estate and regulatory litigation, and participation in several high-value arbitration cases.
