Our team advised on the acquisition of 100 % of shares of UAB ILSANTA, which is engaged in the installation and distribution of medical devices and equipment. ILSANTA represents such brands as Boston Scientific, 3M and Trumpf.

We assisted our client in all steps of the transaction – negotiations with the sellers and their legal counsel, drafting of transaction documents, preparation and coordination of competition clearance filing documentation, assisting with credit facility documentation and successful completion of the transaction.

As introduced by the representatives of the buyer, ILSANTA will be the newest member of the international pharmacy group which is controlled by the pharmacy holding Pharnasanta Group in Netherlands. Earlier this year, the key person of the group noted major plans by the group to take this industry by storm and enter wide global markets. The acquisition of ILSANTA is considered to be one of essential steps towards this purpose.
