Advised in cross-border transaction

Shareholders of Ukragro NPK sold 100% of shares of the Ukrainian fertilizer production and trade company PJ-SC UKRAGRO NPK worth approximately USD 59 million to the international chemical group OSTCHEM.

Our team advised agricultural conglomerate Linas Agro Group in the sale of their fertilizer-producing subsidiary Ukragro NPK to one of the largest chemical conglomerates in Ukraine OSTCHEM. The firm dealt with complexities related to competition law, and tax law issues and addressed environmental issues related to the target. The deal is successfully completed after working out and agreeing upon a complicated deal structure.
