Motieka & Audzevičius’ team led by partner Giedrius Kolesnikovas has advised one of the leading pharmaceutical retailers on the acquisition of 100 percent of shares in pharmacies network of more than 60 pharmacies in Lithuania. The purchase through a local subsidiary is subject to competition clearance granted by the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania.
