Advised Renagro in the sale of shares of Eurakras

Our team has advised Renagro in the sale of shares of Eurakras (wind power park) to Lietuvos Energija – a nationally significant state owned entity responsible for diligent supervision and development of Lithuania’s energy strategy.

The majority stake of the wind power park was sold in 2016 and this sale is a complete transfer of the remaining shares to the buyer. This transaction enabled our client to free-up its portfolio by exiting with a desirable investment return from the project.

Our team coordinated the transaction documentation, including the share purchase agreement.
