Our client has acquired 100% of the shares of the company involved in leasing commercial premises. The premises (building) are currently being leased to a well-known Fortune 500 company.
Our team has assessed the state of the target by performing due diligence which enabled the client to take the decision to pursue the acquisition. We have also represented the client in negotiations. Documents of the acquisition were coordinated between the legal teams and resulted in effective closing of the transaction.
The transaction has also included due diligence by technical staff and financial advisors that assessed the technical condition of the premises which were the object of acquisition, as well as tax and financial risks. This transaction added another valuable asset to the portfolio of the client.
