Case against financial services group

Our team have defended the interests of one of the largest Lithuanian companies operating in the market of integrated urban structures and transport solutions in a complex case against one of the largest financial services groups in Northern Europe.

Our lawyers proved the opposing party’s request to oblige our client to pay a deposit of over 290 000 euros to be groundlessness. The Court of Appeals supported the presented arguments stating that the defendant had not proved it had suffered the damages which compensation was alleged to cover.
