Case in the Court of Appeals

Our firm has represented a client in the Court of Appeals. The dispute arose after the administrator of a restructuring company initiated an alteration of the restructuring plan in the creditors meeting. As the creditors had agreed on the suggested alteration, the Court resolved the question of the approval of the amendments.
