Civil case against a Danish company

Lawyers of our firm represented the largest refrigerator manufacturer in the Baltic States in the renewal of proceedings in a civil case against a Danish company in an international trade dispute.

The dispute concerned the application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The Court acknowledged that the component product warranty period may be extended to the warranty period granted for a basic product.
