Civil case involving the separation of assets

Motieka & Audzevičius successfully defended the interest of creditors in a civil case involving the separation of assets, jointly owned by the debtor and her spouse.

We ordered a professional land surveyor company to prepare the project of spouses’ property separation. The court agreed with the project and decided to separate the spouses’ property and to set the rules of usage for the property.

The debtor disagreed with the court’s decision and filed a separate complaint. However, the court rejected the separate complaint. This cleared the obstacles to starting the process of recovery of the debt from the spouses’ assets.
