Defended one of the leading construction companies

Motieka & Audzevičius defended one of the leading construction companies in Lithuania in the case concerning the takeover of the firm’s premises by one of the biggest banking groups in the Baltic region.

The client sought annulment of the leasing contracts and demanded compensation for the made investments and completed works. At the same moment, bank tried to drive out the client from the market by provoking insolvency procedures. The importance of the case is mainly concentrated in the invested public interests, as well as the complexity of the transactions involved in it.
