Dispute against a waste management company

Our firm represented the client in a dispute in Klaipėda regional court against a waste management company acting in the region of Klaipėda.

The claimant argued that the public procurement announced by the waste management company breached the interim measures that had been applied to the company. Moreover, previous litigation cases, which were a result of an identical public procurement, were not taken into account either. After examining the evidence provided, Klaipėda regional court decided that the public procurement was invalid and had it cancelled.
