Dispute related to privatization of a real estate unit

Our team has represented one of the largest safe printing companies in the Baltic states in a dispute related to privatization of a real estate unit – a building situated in the Old Town of Vilnius. The first instance court rejected the applicant’s request for interim measures – the seizure of the property of our client. The applicant disputed the ruling under appeal procedure but the court of appeal upheld the ruling.
