A case of investigation of a legal person’s activity

Our team has successfully represented a client in a case of investigation of a legal person’s activity before the Lithuanian Court of Appeal. The Court of first instance granted the claimant’s request to appoint a property administrator for our client and encumbered our client’s activity by prohibiting conclusion of contracts without the permission of the claimant.

The Lithuanian Court of Appeal has granted our client’s separate complaint and cancelled the appointment of a property administrator and greatly reduced the prohibitions on the client’s activity. The decision of the Lithuanian Court of Appeal is final, thus the property administrator will not be appointed in this case.
