Acquisition of shares in health care provider

Our lawyers have represented a shareholder of one of the biggest private sector health care providers in Lithuania in structuring and implementing a complex transaction related to the acquisition of shares.

The transaction involved a series of complex agreements between the shareholders. We successfully led the negotiation and conclusion of credit facility agreements for the financing of the acquisition, the master agreement, share purchase agreements and other transaction documents. The acquisition also resulted in the settlement of disputes between the shareholders in the courts.
