Advised Italian company regarding joint venture in Russia

Our firm has advised an Italian company Bosca s.p.a., the leader in the super premium wine segment, which has entered into a joint venture with the Russian company CONCERN Intel Co, on the structuring of a joint venture for this project.

Our lawyers had lead responsibility on Russian regulatory issues in connection with the project. The firm designed an overseas holding structure, a 50:50 joint venture, advised a client on intellectual property rights and licensing, and, consequently, drafted the shareholders and license agreements.

This deal became the firm’s first major cross-border project in Russia and resulted in a stable cooperation between the owners of the joint venture.
