Advised in the setting up of a management company

Our team advised a client regarding the setting up of a management company that would manage investment funds intended for informed investors.

Working to a tight deadline, our team helped the client to effectively liaise with the supervisory authority (the Bank of Lithuania) to obtain permission to act as a management company that would act as manager of investment funds dedicated to informed investors. The investments funds managed by our client would offer investors the chance to invest not only in real estate projects but also in more complex and of high risk financial instruments. As a result of successful coordination of the initial stage of the project, we have earned the trust of the client and would assist the client in establishing the above-mentioned investment funds.
