Advising the holding company on the implementation of international sanctions

The Financial Law, Compliance and AML team has consulted the holding company of one of the largest agribusiness and food industry companies in the Baltic states on the implementation of international sanctions in the context of the specificities of the agribusiness and food industry sector.

Our team was responsible for the preparation of the international sanctions implementation framework and adapting the internal processes that would be compatible with the international sanction implementation regime.
