Created AML/CTF process for real estate company Newsec Advisers LT

Our Financial Services and Compliance team created the Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) programme for one of the leaders in the Baltics real estate market Newsec Advisers LT.

Our team members worked in close cooperation with the client and designed the process according to the existing practises in the company. In real estate activities, as well as in other client-oriented businesses, a smooth client experience is one of the key components of success. We have thoroughly analysed the client-related processes in the company and listened to the expectations of Newsec team members in order to create programme that is easy to implement and ensures the best client experience.

Our lawyers also carried out the AML/CTF training for the Newsec team to ensure that every-one fully understands how the AML/CTF process should be implemented in their day-to-day activities.
