Our team has assisted a client in obtaining an e-money institution licence for activities in Lithuania. Our client, UAB Elektroninių pinigų bitė is an affiliate of UAB Finansų bitė, an operator of FinBee, a leading P2P platform in Lithuania, and UAB Finansų bitė verslui, an operator of FinBee verslui, the first crowdfunding platform in Lithuania.

Our services covered coordination of the whole licencing process, including drafting of the licencing documents and liaising with the Bank of Lithuania.

The e-money institution licence will allow the companies to fully implement a unique business model of P2P and crowdfunding in Lithuania.
