Attended a taxation seminar

Partner Giedrius Kolesnikovas has attended a study seminar “International Tax Aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Finance” in Amsterdam.

European tax consultants and legal advisers have analyzed the taxation aspects that have to be taken into account in structuring M&A transactions and investments.

“Tax is always an important element in structuring almost every M&A transaction. As M&A lawyers, we have to be up to date on trends of international taxation of M&A transactions”, – partner Giedrius Kolesnikovas comments.
