Case regarding the actions of a notary

Our firm has represented a client in a case regarding the actions of a notary.

The debtor submitted a claim and argued that the notary had unlawfully issued an executive order due to the fact that interim measures were applicable to the entire executive actions at that moment. However, the creditor, represented by our team, argued that the notary can only issue an executive order and not an executive action.

The Court ruled in favour of the client and recognized that the notary’s actions as lawful.
