A civil case regarding the illegal use of premises

Our team has successfully represented a real estate developer in a civil case regarding the illegal use of premises owned by our client. The defendant, in order to avoid rapid eviction from the premises, had lodged an application for suspension of civil proceedings which had been satisfied by the first instance court. However, Vilnius County Court decided to satisfy the client’s procedural appeal and annulled the court order regarding the suspension of the case. This court order prevents the proceedings from being delayed and allows our client to regain access to his premises in the near future.
