Dispute due to the non-timely performance of a construction services agreement

Our team represented a client in the Court of Appeal of Lithuania in a dispute over the amount of damages due to the non-timely performance of a construction services agreement. The main challenge was to prove that the client had incurred substantial additional expenses related to the maintenance of a construction site over prolonged periods of time due to delayed construction works that were the fault of the contractor in the case.
