Dispute regarding territorial planning procedures

Our team has represented the operator of Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system in an administrative dispute regarding territorial planning procedures. The dispute concerned the client’s refusal to issue the necessary consents regarding the detailed planning of the claimant’s land plot.

The first instance court dismissed the claim and concluded that the contested client’s decision complied with the existing legal regulation. Subsequently, the claimant appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania. However, the claimant’s appeal was dismissed and the decision of the first instance court remained unchanged.
