Dispute with a supplier of pipelines and other sewage networks materials

Our firm has represented a plumbing and sewerage services provider in a credit dispute with a supplier of pipelines and other sewage networks materials.

The supplier demanded the repayment of the remaining debt for services that had been provided as well as the interest payments on the debt, which had arisen from the products that had been ordered by the previous administration manager. The defendant argued that the claim had no grounds as they were not responsible for their ex-employee’s irresponsible actions, which had indebted the company.

The court of first instance partially upheld the claim, though it reduced the interests on the debt substantially. The court of appeals left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged.
