Litigation concerning labour contract amendments

The team of Motieka & Audzevičius has represented one of the largest markets in Lithuania in a litigation concerning labour contract amendments and the award of compensation.

The first instance court rejected the claims because of missed prescription. However, Vilnius Regional Court annulled this decision and returned the case to the court of first instance to examine the case evidence more thoroughly.
