Oversubscribed EUR 2M bond issue by Inbalance Grid for its fast-charging network

Inbalance grid continues to set new benchmarks for success, once again proving its ability to achieve great things.

This is evident in the strong investor confidence demonstrated by a 70% oversubscription of its recent bond issue. Wasting no time, Inbalance Grid is already putting this capital to work, advancing its ambitious expansion by developing 52 fast-charging points, each delivering up to 300 kW, across 13 locations in Lithuania.

And this is just the beginning. With completion set for the end of the year, we do not doubt that even bigger milestones lie ahead.

We are proud to have advised Inbalance Grid on yet another successful project – our Corporate lawyers handled all legal aspects of the bond issuance. Notably, this marks only the second bond issue in Lithuania to be secured by an ILTE guarantee.
