Represented a distributor of media services
Our team has represented a distributor of licensed media services in an important case. In the case in question the claimant filed a motion for the official recognition of a contractual relationship between the parties for the 2015-2016 period.
The court of first instance stated that, even though the parties were in a pre-contractual relationship, the claimant itself denied entering into a contract. Therefore, the claim was dismissed.
