Represented a major security service provider in an antitrust case

Our lawyers are representing a major security service provider in an antitrust case against the National Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania.

Three major banks and a major security services provider have been fined with the, as yet, largest total fine in the history of the Republic of Lithuania for alleged anticompetitive single service purchasing agreements that are claimed to have had the effect of a restriction of competition (market foreclosure). Currently the case is still pending in Vilnius Regional Administrative court.

This is an unprecedented case both in terms of the administrative practice of the Lithuanian National Competition Council and in the practice of the courts of Lithuania.
