Represented a client in a civil case on the reopening of legal proceedings

Our team of lawyers represented a client in a civil case on the reopening of legal proceedings. A person related to the client’s debtor sought to reopen legal proceedings in the heard case, arguing that the judgement had affected its rights and interests; however, the true intent was to drag out the enforcement proceedings. The courts of both first instance and appellate instance dismissed the opponent‘s claims as unsubstantiated.
