Represented a company’s former CEO in a civil liability case

Our team has successfully represented a company’s former CEO against the company in a civil-liability case. The company‘s liquidator, controlled by the controlling shareholder, requested the court to oblige our client to transmit the documentation of the company to a present executive.

The court of the appellate instance relied on the factual evidences collected under our guidance and upheld the judgment of the court of the first instance in the client’s favour. It was established that our client had fulfilled his duties properly.

The victory in this case will allow our client to avoid the civil liability demanded in the case and will maintain the client’s good reputation.
