Represented one of the biggest business groups in a tax dispute

Our team has successfully represented one of the biggest business groups in Lithuania in a tax dispute at the Supreme Administrative Court. The Court issued its first ever ruling on the substantial issues of transferring losses between associated entities. It gave clear guidance on the limitation periods for the transfer and requirements as to the origin of losses.
