Represented one of the major safe printing companies

Our team has successfully represented a client – one of the major safe printing companies in the Baltic states – in a case heard by the Vilnius Regional Court.

The dispute arose in regard to a building in the Old Town of Vilnius – the former building‘s lessee sought to be awarded damages for the previously performed building reconstruction works. The court upheld our position and rejected the claim, adopting instead a decision favorable to the client.
