Represented the largest gas supplier in Lithuania in energy dispute

Our firm represented the largest gas supplier in Lithuania against 20 gas pipeline builders in a dispute regarding the reimbursement of gas pipeline networks.

The case was heard by the Lithuanian Supreme Court which decided to return the case for further examination to the appeal court. Consequently, the appeal court, having examined the complexity of the case, decided to return the case for further examination to the court of the first instance. The case total lasted for more than 7 years. Subsequently, the case ended with a settlement agreement concluded by the parties.
