Represented three clients before Klaipėda District Court

Motieka & Audzevičius has successfully represented three clients before Klaipėda district court in a dispute where the clients filed a claim against their debtor requesting that the agreements on the debtor’s property transfer be declared null and void, and for the property to be returned to the debtor.

Klaipėda district court as the court of first instance satisfied the clients’ claim fully. Therefore it will be possible to recover the debt from the property that will be returned to the debtor.
