Motieka & Audzevičius has represented the interests of the group company of the publicly listed Linas Agro Group in a shareholders dispute of ŽŪB Ėriškiai.

It was a long and complex shareholders dispute that ended in settlement. The deal required specific knowledge of the corporate structure of the target, expert knowledge in dispute resolution and advanced negotiation techniques.
