Service contract dispute

Motieka & Audzevičius represented the largest integrated telecommunication, IT and television services provider in Lithuania against an email box service user regarding the conditions of their respective contract.

Our client terminated the service contract which the company had signed due to an email box service rules violation. The applicant appealed to the court in order to restore his email box, arguing that he had not breached the contract. The case ended with a settlement agreement concluded by the parties.
