Successfully represented the deposit system manager

Our litigation expert Justinas Jarusevicius represented the client in the court of the appellate instance.

The user of our client deposit system manager, Užstato Sistemos Administratorius, challenged the legality of certain contract clauses that are entered routinely by our client and its system users. The claimant required the court to change certain clauses of the contract. The court of the appellate instance dismissed the arguments of the claimant, decided the case in favor of our client fully.

The court judgment guarantees additional stability to the process of the proper collection of the packaging and packaging waste within the Republic of Lithuania.
