The Competition Council terminated the proceedings

Our team has successfully represented a client (one of the largest bio-fuel manufacturers and traders in the Baltics) in an investigation initiated by the Competition Council regarding alleged bid rigging in public procurement procedures. In its decision, the competition council decided not to pursue its charges further and terminated the proceedings with regard to our client.
