Worked on recognition of a right of a foreign company to conduct construction works in Lithuania

Our Dispute Resolution experts successfully represented a foreign company that has never carried out any business activities in Lithuania but wanted to conduct construction works in our country.

For that purpose, it needed to have its construction license recognized in Lithuania. We assisted the company both in the preparation of all the documents (and there were many) and in all communications with the Lithuanian authorities.
