Prepared a chapter in Private Antitrust Litigation 2013

Our team contributed the Lithuanian chapter to Private Antitrust Litigation 2013, in the Getting the Deal Through series, with a comprehensive overview of key competition litigation issues.

Leading practitioners from 25 jurisdictions worldwide have provided analysis of current developments in private antitrust actions.

The authors note that the Competition Council in Lithuania has become more and more active in the case of cartels in recent years. This is related to the attempt by governmental organizations to increase efficiency under the limited budget and, possibly, with the aim to collect money for the country’s budget in the crisis.
