Provided analysis in Vertical Agreements 2013

The firm’s lawyers  have contributed to Vertical Agreements 2013, a volume in the Getting the Deal Through series,  providing an analysis of the Lithuanian legal sources that set out competition policy applicable to vertical restraints.

In this volume reports by leading lawyers from 36 jurisdictions worldwide concentrate on competition policy issues in all OECD member countries and the general issues relevant in evaluating a broad group of vertical relationships. Our lawyers highlight that the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania became stricter in the setting of fines. The Competition Council has also drifted away from the cautious way it evaluated circumstantial evidence, while the Commission’s Vertical Guidelines importance increased.
