Represented a client in a shareholder’s dispute

Our lawyers represented a shareholder of one of the largest health care providers in a shareholder’s dispute.

The dispute related to the termination of the shareholder’s contract. The Court acknowledged that grounds for unilateral termination of a shareholder’s agreement shall be assessed only in respect of a report, upon which a party to the agreement seeks to terminate the contract.
