Represented a company active in construction business

Motieka & Audzevičius has successfully represented a company active in construction business in the Baltic states.

The dispute arose between the company and a member of its board over allegedly violated principles of transparency and equality in the process of payment of royalties. The court upheld our client and agreed that due to the absence of royalties‘ payment practices in the company members of the board could distribute them at their own discretion.
