Represented a Danish company in court proceedings in Serbia

Motieka & Audzevičius has represented a Danish company in court proceedings in Serbia. The court in question recognized a foreign arbitral award in Serbia and allowed its enforcement. The award was initially recognized by the court of first instance but the opposing party launched an appeal. The appeal was dismissed and the award remained recognized. The current decision is very important since it enters into force immediately and allows our client to enforce the arbitral award without any further delay.
