Represented a foreign investor in the Court of Appeal

Our team represented a foreign investor’s interests in the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Lithuania. The dispute related to the validity of interim measures that prohibited a major shareholder of a large publicly listed company from voting in a general shareholders meeting regarding the reduction of authorized share capital. The major shareholder challenged the validity of the applied interim measure, which had initially been applied by a regional court.

The Court of Appeal of the Republic of Lithuania rejected the appeal and upheld the decision of the court of first instance.
