Represented a media group

Our lawyers has represented a media group in Vilnius Regional Administrative Court in a dispute against the Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania.

We advised the client on regulatory affairs and competition law in the dispute which related to the right to retransmit a television channel. The Court acknowledged that the Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania had failed to reason the decision to refuse to change the license terms of digital television. Moreover, the Court judged that the effect of such prohibition is not in line with competition law.
