Represented a private investor in a civil case

Motieka & Audzevičius has represented a private investor in a civil case before the Court of Appeal of Lithuania. The case is related to whether certain wire transfers could be regarded as money in relation to a loan. The court stated that the relevant circumstances were not examined thoroughly enough. Therefore, the case was returned to the court of first instance.
